QSIprep

QSIprep is a BIDS app that performs minimal preprocessing for diffusion-weighted MRI (dMRI) data. Preprocessing steps include head motion correction, susceptibility distortion correction, MP-PCA denoising, coregistration to T1w images, spatial normalization and tissue segmentation using tools from popular standalone packages such as MRTrix, FSL, DSIStudio, and ANTs.
