Image Preprocessing

Raw imaging data will need to be preprocessed in order to prepare them for analysis. This section covers the BIDS organization system and common preprocessing software and how to use them on the Cheaha computing cluster. Links to the main page and example scripts are provided for each tool, and new tools are added over time.
